1. Support the effective utilization of client insights and implement data-driven CRM and Clienteling strategies for the Japan market, aligning with Maison objectives.
2. Collaborate with various teams to support client development, CRM/Clienteling executions, and data quality management.
3. Translate database insights into predictive purchase behavior to maximize commercial opportunities.
4. Measure performance results on CRM, Client Experience, and Clienteling programs to drive client engagement, recruitment, upgrade, and loyalty.
5. Manage client database to improve data accuracy and quality, resolving data issues, and managing client consolidation, modification, and deletion processes.

1. Native Japanese proficiency and business-level English.
2. Understanding of the retail business, preferably within the luxury sector.

1. Analytical skills and logical thinking to analyze client, sales, and marketing data.
2. Ability to simplify complex information for a wider audience and clarify key findings and actions.
3. Proficiency in Excel and any Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
4. Detail-oriented with a proactive and agile approach to cross-functional work.

Experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector is preferred.
