1. Develop and execute a strategic yearly client experience plan, including international, regional, and local events, in-boutique activations, and gifting, with clear objectives and strategic targets.
2. Manage and oversee the annual budget for client experience initiatives, ensuring fiscal responsibility and alignment with strategic goals.
3. Monitor and analyze both quantitative and qualitative outcomes of client experiences, providing comprehensive reports to inform future strategies.
4. Design and implement client treatments and services for 'Seoul Maison' and daily boutique experiences, collaborating with various teams to enhance client loyalty.
5. Plan and manage bespoke High Jewelry events, focusing on client-centric approaches and on-site operations.
6. Identify and leverage strategic partnerships to expand High Jewelry client recruitment efforts.

1. Extensive experience in CRM, marketing, or retail within the luxury retail or hospitality sectors.
