1. Participate in the development of projects related to the design, orchestration, and implementation of the client experience across the international Van Cleef & Arpels network.
2. Contribute to the creation of signature client experiences and ensure their implementation in international boutiques in collaboration with regional subsidiaries.
3. Assist in the development of reception and sales support tools, from creative briefing to production launch, including the tender phase.
4. Manage key partnerships and draft guidelines for the international boutique network.
5. Monitor project implementation in boutiques, ensuring proper integration and deployment, including stock management and guideline comprehension.
6. Engage in cross-departmental exchanges with Marketing, Communication, Quality, and Purchasing, as well as with external partners and regional offices.
7. Conduct market research, benchmarks, and competitor visits to deepen understanding of the luxury market.

1. Enrollment in a relevant academic program with a focus on Retail, Marketing, or Luxury Management.

1. Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities.
2. Proactive and organized with attention to detail.
3. Creative with proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, or other digital tools.
4. Excellent command of English.
5. Multicultural sensitivity and service-oriented mindset.

No prior professional experience required, but a keen interest in luxury retail and client experience is essential.

Currently pursuing a degree in a related field.

Interns will receive training on the history and values of the Maison at L’École des Arts Joailliers.
