1. Plan, prepare, and deliver exceptional client experiences and events, providing CRM support to the Oceania network.
2. Execute in-boutique activations and bespoke out-of-boutique experiences in alignment with Maison guidelines.
3. Curate client itineraries and travel arrangements for international events.
4. Coordinate festive client gifting initiatives with relevant stakeholders and departments.
5. Support reporting and provide client insights for boutique teams.
6. Liaise with key stakeholders on campaigns for client recruitment and retention.
7. Establish and maintain relationships with the Maison’s key suppliers.

1. Proven experience in luxury client treatments or event management.
