1. Analyze customer data to guide business and retail strategies.
2. Collaborate with various teams such as Client Experience & Development, Online Retail, Retail Excellence, and Marketing to understand and translate business needs.
3. Conduct analyses using Google Cloud Platform, leveraging SQL and Python skills.
4. Develop and maintain Looker dashboards to track performance.
5. Translate data and results into clear presentations and deliver findings to teams, sharing recommendations.
6. Propose new study topics to offer fresh business perspectives.

1. Previous experience as a data analyst with a focus on customer insights.
2. Experience in a retail environment is advantageous.

1. Proficiency in SQL.
2. Strong presentation skills.
3. Excellent organizational skills.
4. Project-oriented with the ability to manage risks and uncertainties.
5. Proficiency in English.
6. Familiarity with Looker and Python is a plus.

A minimum of one year of experience in data analysis, particularly in customer insights.
