Client Analyst

1. Support the Client Engagement team under the guidance of the Client Engagement Senior Manager.
2. Manage ad-hoc analysis requests and develop weekly/monthly reports to enhance client knowledge by segmenting databases and translating data insights into predictive purchase behavior.
3. Measure performance results on CRM, Client Experience, and Clientelling programs to drive client engagement, recruitment, upgrade, and loyalty.
4. Provide Clientelling-related KPIs to boutiques and use data-driven insights for better client targeting selection in CRM/Client Experience/Clientelling activities.
5. Manage client database to improve data accuracy and quality, resolve data issues, and manage client consolidation, modification, and deletion processes.

1. Native Japanese and business-level English proficiency.

1. Analytical skills and logical thinking.
2. Proficiency in Excel and any BI tools.
3. Understanding of the retail business, preferably luxury retail.
4. Ability to simplify complex information for a wider audience.
5. Attention to detail.
6. Cross-functional collaboration skills.

Experience in analyzing client, sales, and marketing data, preferably in a luxury retail brand or similar environment.
