Responsibilities
- Support the Client Engagement team under the guidance of the Client Engagement Senior Manager.
- Manage ad-hoc analysis requests and develop weekly/monthly reports to enhance client knowledge by segmenting databases and translating data insights into predictive purchase behavior.
- Measure performance results on CRM, Client Experience, and Clientelling programs to drive client engagement, recruitment, upgrade, and loyalty.
- Provide Clientelling-related KPIs to boutiques and use data-driven insights for better client targeting selection in CRM/Client Experience/Clientelling activities.
- Manage client database to improve data accuracy and quality, resolve data issues, and manage client consolidation, modification, and deletion processes.
Qualifications
- Native Japanese and business-level English proficiency.
Skills
- Analytical skills and logical thinking.
- Proficiency in Excel and any BI tools.
- Understanding of the retail business, preferably luxury retail.
- Ability to simplify complex information for a wider audience.
- Attention to detail.
- Cross-functional collaboration skills.
Experience Requirements
Experience in analyzing client, sales, and marketing data, preferably in a luxury retail brand or similar environment.
