1. Manage ad-hoc analysis requests and develop weekly/monthly reports to enhance client knowledge by segmenting databases and translating data insights into predictive purchase behavior.
2. Measure performance results on CRM, Client Experience, and Clientelling programs to drive client engagement, recruitment, upgrade, and loyalty.
3. Provide Clientelling-related KPIs to boutiques and utilize data-driven insights for improved client targeting in all CRM/Client Experience/Clientelling activities.
4. Oversee client database management to improve data accuracy and quality, resolving data issues, and managing client consolidation, modification, and deletion processes.

1. Native proficiency in Japanese and business-level English.
2. Understanding of the retail business, with luxury retail experience being advantageous.

1. Analytical skills and logical thinking for data analysis.
2. Proficiency in Excel and Business Intelligence (BI) tools.
3. Ability to simplify complex information for a wider audience and clarify key findings and actions.
4. Detail-oriented with a proactive and agile approach to cross-functional work.

Experience in a similar analytical role within the retail or luxury sector is preferred.
