1. Deliver exceptional, bespoke service to a discerning clientele, cultivating long‑term relationships and personalised clienteling.
2. Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive prospecting, upselling and VIP servicing.
3. Demonstrate authoritative product knowledge across high jewellery, timepieces and accessories; present and educate clients on heritage, materials and techniques.
4. Manage end‑to‑end sales transactions using the boutique POS and CRM systems; ensure accurate cash handling and reconciliation.
5. Maintain boutique floor standards including merchandising, vitrines, inventory control and visual presentation in line with maison guidelines.
6. Support private client events, trunk shows and after‑sales follow‑up, coordinating with store management and boutique teams.
7. Adhere strictly to security, insurance and handling protocols for high‑value items and ensure compliance with brand and legal procedures.

1. Proven experience in luxury retail sales, preferably within fine jewellery, watches or high‑end accessories.
2. Track record of meeting sales targets and developing repeat clients, with demonstrated clienteling skills.
3. Impeccable personal presentation, discretion and professional demeanour appropriate to a luxury maison.
4. Legal right to work in Australia and availability to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays.
5. Strong numeracy and organisational skills, with attention to detail in stock handling and transaction processes.

High school diploma or equivalent; tertiary qualification or formal training in retail, luxury brand management or hospitality is advantageous.
