1. Organize and lead business process improvement projects within the Operations and Business Directorate.
2. Serve as the primary contact for business representatives, gathering and translating their needs into actionable project routines.
3. Coordinate testing campaigns for enhancements and non-regressions in collaboration with IT teams from both the Maison and Richemont Group.
4. Support business units in the deployment and utilization of new tools.
5. Model and challenge business processes, ensuring updates are communicated to Business Process Leaders across various domains such as Finance and Production.
6. Maintain the SAP training program and lead the Key User community.

1. Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Key User on IT tools, ideally SAP MM, SD, LE, EWM, QM.

1. Proficiency in SAP modules and office software.
2. Strong organizational and prioritization skills.
3. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
4. Fluency in both English and French, written and spoken.

At least 5 years of experience as a Key User on IT tools, with a focus on SAP modules.
