2. Welcome and serve all visitors and clients entering the boutique.
3. Drive business by recruiting clients, fostering loyalty, and achieving sales objectives.
4. Enhance clients' understanding of the brand's universe, history, creations, and inspirations.
5. Provide an outstanding client experience by personalizing relationships and anticipating needs.
6. Address all client requests, including after-sales services and care advice.
7. Contribute to a positive team spirit and participate actively in daily boutique operations.
8. Develop operational excellence by mastering in-store tools and adhering to commercial policies and procedures.

1. Proven experience in luxury retail or hospitality.

1. Detail-oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2. Ability to be persuasive and engaging while delivering an exceptional client experience.
3. Fluency in English; proficiency in additional Asian languages is advantageous.
