Van Cleef & Arpels Boutique Operations Specialist

- Manage and oversee boutique inventory, including tracking movements, deliveries, and dispatches.
- Process inventory counts in accordance with established procedures, including daily, spot, periodic, and annual counts.
- Monitor stock levels of all products and update labels following price changes.
- Handle all cash-related procedures and manage cash holdings.
- Oversee payments, deposits, refunds, and tax-free transactions.
- Serve as the primary liaison for the finance, administration, IT, and logistics departments within the group.
- Manage documentation, including discounts, deposits, complimentary items, and exchanges during internal audits.
- Reconcile credit card statements with internal accounting records.
- Organize product deliveries and export statuses.
- Purchase consumables and process related invoices.
- Manage back-office customer service procedures and product movements with platforms.
- Review customer service inventory items, such as leather straps and damaged jewelry pieces sent for maintenance.
- Oversee customer service transaction statuses.
- Participate in all DARE project training sessions as the main DARE user for the boutique.
- Learn and disseminate necessary DARE functionalities to boutique staff and support them during system issues, liaising with the IT team as needed.
- Engage in customer interactions and sales as required by boutique operations.
- Proven experience in retail operations or inventory management within the luxury sector.
- Strong understanding of financial and administrative procedures.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.
At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail industry.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field preferred.
