1. Manage boutique inventory, including monitoring stock movements and handling deliveries, transfers, reservations, and consignments.
2. Process inventory counts according to established procedures, including daily, spot, periodic, and annual counts.
3. Oversee product labeling following price changes.
4. Administer all cash-related procedures and manage payment, deposit, refund, and tax-free situations.
5. Serve as the primary liaison with the group's finance, administration, IT, and logistics departments for back-office operations.
6. Conduct document management, particularly for internal audits regarding discounts, deposits, gratuities, and exchanges.
7. Reconcile credit card statements with internal accounting records.
8. Organize product deliveries and export statuses.
9. Purchase consumables and process related invoices.
10. Oversee back-office customer service procedures and manage product movements with platforms.
11. Review customer service inventory, including leather straps and jewelry pieces sent for maintenance.
12. Manage customer service transaction statuses.
13. Participate in all DARE project training as the primary boutique DARE user and disseminate knowledge to staff.
14. Support staff during system issues and liaise with the IT team on behalf of the boutique.

1. Proven experience in inventory management and administrative roles within a luxury retail environment.
2. Strong understanding of financial and back-office operations.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector is required.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
