- Manage boutique inventory, including tracking movements and processing deliveries, transfers, reservations, and consignments.
- Monitor stock levels and re-label products following price changes.
- Oversee cash handling procedures and manage payment, deposit, refund, and tax-free processes.
- Serve as the primary contact for the group's finance, administration, IT, and logistics departments.
- Maintain documentation for internal audits, including discounts, deposits, and exchanges.
- Reconcile credit card statements with internal accounting records.
- Organize product deliveries and exports.
- Purchase consumables and process related invoices.
- Manage back-office customer service procedures and product movements with platforms.
- Review customer service stock items, such as leather straps and damaged jewelry pieces for maintenance.
- Participate in all DARE training sessions as the boutique's key DARE user and support staff with system issues.
- Proven experience in retail operations or inventory management.
- Strong understanding of luxury retail environments.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in inventory management systems.
- Strong communication skills for liaising with various departments.
A minimum of 3 years in a similar role within the luxury retail sector is required.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field is preferred.
