1. Directly manage a network of boutiques, serving as the primary contact and decision-maker for these locations.
2. Challenge, support, and develop boutique managers and their teams to achieve sales, customer satisfaction, compliance, and operational objectives.
3. Collaborate with market's Retail functions to drive performance.
4. Engage with both office teams and in-store staff to ensure alignment with brand values.
5. Oversee recruitment, development, and performance management of boutique teams in partnership with HR.
6. Analyze store performance and implement action plans to meet targets and ensure compliance.
7. Foster collaboration between boutique teams and promote new retail initiatives.
8. Support boutiques in customer development and make strategic decisions regarding customer relations.

1. Significant management experience in a boutique setting, preferably within the luxury goods sector or a high customer service environment.

1. Proven leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and guide teams.
2. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Ability to synthesize information and make effective decisions.
4. Excellent communication skills with the ability to provide constructive feedback.
5. Capability to establish and maintain trust-based relationships.

Significant management experience in a boutique, ideally within the luxury goods sector or an environment with high customer service standards.
