- Lead day-to-day boutique operations to uphold Van Cleef & Arpels' exacting standards of service, visual presentation and client experience.
- Manage, coach and develop a high-performing sales team; recruit, set objectives, conduct performance reviews and deliver continuous training in clienteling and product knowledge.
- Drive boutique sales and profitability by setting targets, monitoring KPIs, optimising assortment and implementing local commercial initiatives.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with VIP and prospective clients through proactive clienteling, private appointments and bespoke service.
- Oversee inventory management, stock reconciliation, loss prevention and timely reporting to regional management.
- Execute merchandising and window presentation in accordance with global brand guidelines and seasonal directives.
- Plan and host in‑store events and trunk shows to elevate brand presence and generate high-value sales opportunities.
- Ensure full compliance with store policies, legal requirements and Richemont procedures (cash handling, data protection, luxury goods regulation).
- Minimum 3–5 years of progressive experience in luxury retail, with at least 2 years in a managerial role; experience in high jewellery or watches strongly preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets, managing P&L responsibility and delivering measurable KPI improvement.
- Exemplary clienteling skills and demonstrated experience managing relationships with high‑net‑worth clients.
- Strong leadership and people development capabilities, with experience recruiting and training boutique teams.
- Fluent German and professional working ability in English; additional languages an advantage.
- High level of commercial acumen, numerical literacy and proficiency in boutique operations (stock control, visual merchandising, reporting).

Demonstrated luxury retail experience of 3–5 years, including a minimum of 2 years in boutique or store management — preferably within high jewellery, watches or premium accessories; proven history of managing teams and exceeding sales objectives.
Secondary education required; Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Luxury Management or related field preferred.
