1. Lead and manage the boutique, representing the brand and ensuring business development aligns with brand standards.
2. Report to Retail Management and implement local strategies to enhance sales, CRM, and customer service.
3. Guide and support the team in achieving targets.
4. Ensure administrative and HR tasks are efficiently handled.
5. Actively recruit and integrate new team members.
6. Ensure compliance with corporate guidelines.
7. Oversee boutique security and inventory management.
8. Manage audits, financial processes, and stock control.

1. Completed education in a customer and service-oriented luxury environment, such as jewelry retail or high-end hospitality.
2. At least 10 years of management experience, preferably in the jewelry and/or watch industry.
3. Excellent communication skills in German and English.

5. Proficiency in SAP or similar inventory management software.

Completed education in a luxury customer service environment.

Competitive salary above the collective agreement minimum of 1,848 EUR/month, with additional variable components. Overpayment possible based on qualifications and experience.
