1. Manage the overall operations of the Amsterdam boutique.
2. Develop and implement local strategies to enhance sales, CRM, and client service.
3. Ensure achievement of boutique objectives including turnover and client portfolio development.
4. Collaborate with the Retail Manager to define business development strategies.
5. Partner with the CRM Manager to enhance client acquisition and retention.
6. Maintain exceptional client experience and uphold the brand's image.
7. Support and develop the boutique team through coaching and training.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and manage boutique operations.

1. Proven managerial experience in the luxury industry.
2. Fluency in English and Dutch; additional languages are a plus.
