1. Oversee the overall management of the Amsterdam boutique, ensuring alignment with the brand's identity and objectives.
2. Develop and implement local strategies to enhance sales, CRM, and client service.
3. Collaborate with the Retail Manager to define and execute a business development strategy and boutique action plan.
4. Partner with the CRM Manager to enhance client acquisition and retention strategies.
5. Serve as a brand ambassador, maintaining Van Cleef & Arpels' image and establishing partnerships with other luxury brands and establishments.
6. Lead and develop the boutique team through coaching, feedback, and training in coordination with the Training Manager.
7. Ensure compliance with group policies and oversee boutique operations, including safety, security, and stock management.
8. Recruit, integrate, and develop new team members, maintaining a talent pipeline.

1. Proven managerial experience in the luxury industry.
2. Fluency in Dutch and English; additional languages are advantageous.
3. Availability to work retail hours, including weekends.
