1. Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Retail, or a related field, or equivalent experience in retail, contact center, or customer service.

1. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
3. Fluency in multiple languages is advantageous.

A minimum of one year in a customer-facing role within retail, contact centers, or customer service environments.

Bachelor’s degree in Fashion, Retail, or a related field preferred.

Salary range of $25-$27 per hour, negotiable based on skills and experience.
