1. Drive sales and execute the store action plan in collaboration with the Senior Vice President, Retail and Regional Director, focusing on strategic and financial objectives.
2. Uphold and enhance the Van Cleef & Arpels brand image within the store's market.
3. Identify and develop talent within the boutique team, creating career paths and promoting advancement.
4. Cultivate new client relationships and develop innovative business strategies.
5. Represent Van Cleef & Arpels at various events and functions both domestically and internationally, requiring extensive travel.
6. Manage inventory levels and coordinate with the Supply Chain Department to maintain model stock.
7. Initiate and oversee new product launches and market visibility activities to boost sales.
8. Set performance goals for store personnel and provide regular updates to management.
9. Deliver exceptional customer service to support sales growth.
10. Participate in international functions and conferences with senior leadership.

1. Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree in business preferred.
2. Valid work authorization for employment in the USA.

1. Proficiency in SAP, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
2. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
3. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
4. Fluency in French or Mandarin is advantageous.

Extensive experience in multi-unit or high-volume luxury retail or hospitality management.

Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's degree in business preferred.

Salary will be negotiated based on skills and prior work experience. This role is bonus eligible.
