1. Assist Sales Associates during the selling ceremony and presentation.
2. Process sales, including handling payment procedures and gift wrapping.
3. Support the sales team in daily clienteling activities.
4. Act as a brand ambassador for the Maison, upholding the in-store client journey.
5. Develop knowledge and skills through self-training.
6. Review and implement efficiencies in back-office areas while contributing to various operational tasks.
7. Enhance expertise in digital tools across sales, CRM, stock, omnichannel, and back office.

1. Previous experience in retail, particularly in luxury or the service sector (hospitality, tourism).
2. Availability to work department store retail hours, including weekends.
