1. Greet clients and ensure an exceptional shopping experience.
2. Assist sales staff with product presentation.
3. Support boutique administration, including inventory management and goods receipt.
4. Prepare shipments, ensuring accurate packaging of products.
5. Coordinate with external service providers.
6. Contribute to visual merchandising and product display, including pricing.

1. Completed training in a customer and/or service-oriented environment such as jewelry retail or luxury hospitality.
2. Proficiency in German and English; additional languages are desirable.
3. Resilient team player with a confident, open, and appropriate demeanor.
4. Meticulous and precise work ethic.
5. Familiarity with SAP or similar inventory management software.
