1. Execute administrative and logistical tasks while ensuring compliance with brand security and operational procedures.
2. Handle shipping, receiving, and managing transfers, ensuring 100% tagging accuracy for all outgoing and incoming repairs.
3. Support all aspects of operations, including boutique maintenance and supply ordering, to facilitate the sales process.
4. Coordinate annual inventory, daily reconciliation, cycle counts, and safe organization to ensure a seamless client experience.
5. Prepare paperwork for accounting in a timely manner.
6. Organize and prepare for weekly and monthly audits, providing assistance to finance and auditing teams as needed.
7. Ensure all paperwork aligns with Richemont North America and Van Cleef & Arpels policies to achieve accurate audit scores.
8. Use clear and concise communication to support Boutique Management and maintain business relationships with vendors.

1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

2. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP preferred.

A minimum of 4 years of related experience in administration, operations, or customer service is required.
