1. Organize and coordinate internal events related to the Atelier, managing associated budgets.
2. Create and disseminate internal communication materials for Atelier teams.
3. Implement local Maison internal communication campaigns.
4. Coordinate various stakeholders and communication channels to deploy communication actions.
5. Animate, coordinate, and schedule Atelier visits for internal and external clients using the established Visitor Pathway.
6. Provide operational support to the Atelier Director and the executive committee, including agenda management and formalizing various communications.

1. Strong aesthetic sense and excellent oral and written communication skills in both French and English.
2. Proactive and creative mindset.
3. Ability to maintain confidentiality.

1. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Canva.
2. Strong organizational and coordination skills.

Experience in event coordination and operational roles within a creative or luxury environment is preferred.
