Assistant Operations Manager

1. Assist the Operations Manager in supporting and guiding the team in all aspects of operations, including policy and procedures and corporate directives.
2. Implement, supervise, and audit processes to ensure maintenance of daily, weekly, and monthly counts.
3. Partner with the management team on processes to resolve count discrepancies, shrink, and reporting issues daily.
4. Monitor inventory health by managing incoming and outgoing stock transfers and analyzing trends to ensure commercial efficiency.
5. Monitor and supervise shipping, delivery, and handling of all packages with high efficiency.
6. Establish KPI metrics to provide real-time data on client orders.
7. Build and monitor the process of stock on the selling floor, replenishment, reservations, and stock on display.
8. Educate and transmit front-of-house policies and procedures to sales advisors consistently.
9. Provide excellent customer service and help the team nurture and elevate boutique experiences to support sales growth.
10. Help create a highly organized environment to ensure operational accuracy.

1. Bachelor’s degree, preferably in the Operations field.
2. 4-5 years of experience in a luxury retail environment, particularly in Operations.
3. Proven track record in elevating client experiences and nurturing client relationships.
4. Prior supervisory role experience.

1. Strong selling and closing skills.
2. Capability to provide tailored solutions to clients’ needs.
3. Proficiency in Excel and Word.
4. Ability to travel as needed.
5. Strong networking abilities, particularly at high-profile events.
6. Foreign language skills relevant to the market are preferred.
7. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
8. Strong interpersonal skills.

4-5 years of experience in a luxury retail environment, particularly in Operations, with a proven track record in client experience and team motivation.

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in the Operations field.

Expected Salary Range: $100K-$120K/yearly
