1. Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing boutique operations, ensuring adherence to policies and support for sales teams.
2. Implement, supervise, and audit operational processes, maintaining inventory accuracy and resolving discrepancies.
3. Manage stock transfers and analyze inventory trends to ensure commercial efficiency.
4. Supervise shipping and handling processes, ensuring high efficiency and accuracy.
5. Establish and monitor KPI metrics to provide real-time data on client orders.
6. Educate sales advisors on front-of-house policies and procedures.
7. Provide exceptional customer service to enhance boutique experiences and support sales growth.
8. Create a highly organized environment to ensure operational accuracy.

1. Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Operations or a related field.
2. 4-5 years of experience in luxury retail operations.
3. Proven track record in elevating client experiences and nurturing relationships.
4. Prior supervisory experience.

1. Strong selling and closing skills.
2. Proficiency in Excel and Word.
3. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
4. Strong interpersonal and networking skills, especially at high-profile events.
5. Foreign language skills relevant to the market are preferred.

4-5 years of experience in a luxury retail environment, particularly in operations, with a proven track record in client experience enhancement and team motivation.

Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Operations or a related field.

Salary will be negotiated based on skills and prior work experience. Expected salary range: $100K-$120K per year.
