1. Support the Integrated Media Manager in planning, strategizing, and reporting on paid media campaigns.
2. Analyze media campaign performance, draw conclusions, and provide actionable optimization recommendations.
3. Collaborate with Marketing and Retail teams to coordinate media assets, copy, and market-specific campaigns.
4. Present campaign objectives, performance insights, and key results to internal stakeholders, while staying informed on media trends and sharing relevant insights with global teams.
5. Contribute to team projects, including competitive monitoring, internal recaps, and campaign briefings.
6. Build and maintain strong relationships with boutique teams, corporate offices, management, and external vendors.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

1. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights.
2. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
3. Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
4. Familiarity with audience and reporting tools across platforms such as Meta, Pinterest, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
5. Proficiency in Google Analytics and media monitoring tools.
6. Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
7. Understanding of the evolving media landscape and industry trends.

At least 3 years of experience in media planning, digital marketing, or a related field.

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Expected salary range is $80,000 - $90,000 per year, with eligibility for a yearly bonus.
