- Coordinate the allocation of High Jewelry inventory across the network in alignment with business needs and brand image.
- Support the High Jewelry Inventory Manager in executing strategic action plans.
- Manage inbound and export logistics, including international inventory rotations.
- Collaborate with the supply chain to ensure optimal allocation of repetitive High Jewelry items.
- Oversee the Quality Control process with customer service and workshop teams, monitoring repair needs.
- Partner with the Regional Visual Merchandising team for strategic rotations and new boutique openings.
- Execute pre- and post-event inventory allocations and facilitate High Jewelry events as required.
- Collaborate with the High Jewelry Development Retail team to support sales objectives.
- Support public relations needs for editorials and event consignments.
- Maintain transparent communication and collaboration with headquarters counterparts.
- Ensure the accuracy of product information on the intranet system, PICUS.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 1-2 years of experience in marketing or merchandising, preferably within the jewelry or luxury sector.
- Retail experience is advantageous.
- Strong project management capabilities.
- Ability to multitask and adapt in a dynamic work environment.
- Excellent communication and content creation skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Macro, and SAP is beneficial.
- Proficiency in French is an asset.
1-2 years of experience in marketing or merchandising, with a preference for candidates with a background in the jewelry or luxury sector.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
Expected salary range of $80,000 to $90,000 annually, with eligibility for a yearly bonus.
