1. Coordinate with HR operations to manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding to exit.
2. Update and deliver onboarding presentations and manage welcome kits.
3. Collaborate with HR Business Partners (HRBP) to register training plans and organize manager coaching sessions.
4. Define and validate training plans with HRBP and Learning & Development (L&D) Manager.
5. Organize and evaluate training sessions, including supplier management and participant coordination.
6. Manage budget-related tasks such as purchase order creation and invoice follow-up.
7. Monitor Learning Management System (LMS) and Key Performance Indicators (KPI) reporting.
8. Support the organization of cultural and engagement events.
9. Assist in HR project management, including mentorship and training initiatives.
10. Coordinate recruitment processes for permanent roles and lead recruitment for internships and temporary contracts.

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
2. Experience in HR coordination or management within the luxury sector.

3. Proficiency in HR software and Learning Management Systems.
4. Budget management and financial acumen.

A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in human resources, preferably within the luxury fashion or retail industry.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
