3. Achieve individual and boutique sales targets by analyzing market trends and supporting sales planning and execution.
4. Ensure adherence to Richemont Group and Maison policies, optimizing daily operations and managing inventory and security measures.
5. Lead client and portfolio development efforts, enhancing client relationships and loyalty in line with Maison's strategies.
6. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with department store partners, coordinating necessary documentation and event logistics.

2. Strong understanding of market trends and client relationship management.
3. Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving sales targets.

Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role within luxury retail, preferably in jewelry or fashion.
