1. Assist the Boutique Manager in managing and enhancing boutique operations.
2. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve boutique performance.
3. Lead and inspire the sales team to achieve performance goals.
4. Provide exceptional customer service and elevate the boutique experience.
5. Ensure optimal scheduling and maintain proper team coverage.
6. Liaise with the Corporate office on stock levels, CRM initiatives, and operations.
7. Represent the Maison as an ambassador and network within the community.
8. Ensure effective merchandising of products and displays to maximize sales.

1. Rich experience in the luxury retail market, particularly in High Jewelry, Arts & Culture.
2. Fluency in English.
