1. Assist the Boutique Director in managing and enhancing boutique operations, focusing on sales development and team growth.
2. Act as a brand ambassador, representing Van Cleef & Arpels within the community and embodying the Maison's values.
3. Support the team in achieving performance goals through effective feedback, coaching, and optimal scheduling.
4. Coordinate with corporate on stock levels, CRM initiatives, and operational directives.
5. Provide exemplary customer service, elevating the boutique experience to drive sales growth.
6. Ensure back-office operations are seamless and that products and displays are merchandised to maximize sales.

1. Bachelor’s degree.
2. 4 years of luxury retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role.

1. Strong selling and closing skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
3. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
4. Strong interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to travel.
6. Foreign language skills applicable to the market are preferred.

A minimum of 4 years in luxury retail, with prior supervisory experience required.

Bachelor’s degree required.

Salary range of $105,000 to $115,000 annually, with eligibility for an annual bonus.
