1. Assist the Sales Manager in overseeing boutique operations, ensuring adherence to policies and corporate directives.
2. Act as a brand ambassador, fostering community relationships and enhancing the Maison's presence.
3. Support the team in achieving performance goals through effective coaching and optimal scheduling.
4. Coordinate with corporate on stock management, CRM initiatives, and operational matters.
5. Deliver exceptional customer service, elevating the boutique experience to drive sales growth.
6. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of back-office operations, ensuring effective merchandising to maximize sales.

1. Bachelor’s degree required.
2. Prior supervisory experience in a luxury retail environment preferred.

1. Strong leadership and motivational skills.
2. Proficiency in sales and closing techniques.
3. Advanced computer skills, particularly in Excel and Word.
4. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
5. Strong interpersonal skills.
6. Foreign language proficiency applicable to the market preferred.

Minimum of 4 years in luxury sales, with experience in a luxury retail setting preferred.

Bachelor’s degree required.

Salary range of $105,000 to $115,000 annually, with eligibility for an annual bonus.
