1. Assist the Boutique Director in managing and enhancing boutique operations, ensuring adherence to policies and corporate directives.
2. Act as a brand ambassador, fostering relationships within the community and representing Van Cleef & Arpels with distinction.
3. Support the team in achieving performance goals through effective feedback, coaching, and optimal scheduling.
4. Coordinate with corporate teams on stock levels, CRM initiatives, and operational matters.
5. Deliver exceptional customer service, elevating client experiences to drive sales growth.
6. Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of back-office operations and ensure effective merchandising of products and displays.

1. Bachelor's degree is required.
2. Prior supervisory experience is essential.
3. Luxury sales experience, with a minimum of 4 years in a luxury retail environment, is preferred.

1. Strong selling and closing skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
4. Strong interpersonal skills.
5. Foreign language proficiency applicable to the market is preferred.

Expected salary range is $105,000 to $115,000 annually, with eligibility for an annual bonus.
