Assistant Boutique Manager

1. Assist the Boutique Director in managing and enhancing the boutique.
2. Develop sales and grow the sales team.
3. Ensure high-quality service and customer experiences.
4. Support and guide the team in operations, policies, and procedures.
5. Represent Van Cleef & Arpels as an ambassador within the community.
6. Help the team achieve performance goals through feedback and coaching.
7. Liaise with corporate on stock levels, CRM initiatives, and operations.
8. Provide excellent customer service and elevate boutique experiences.
9. Ensure effective merchandising of products and displays.

1. Bachelor’s degree required.
2. Luxury sales experience with 4 years in a luxury retail environment preferred.
3. Prior supervisory experience required.

1. Strong selling and closing skills.
2. Proficiency in Excel and Word.
3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
4. Strong interpersonal skills.
5. Foreign language ability applicable to the market preferred.

4 years of experience in a luxury retail environment preferred.

Bachelor’s degree required.

Expected salary range: $105,000 - $115,000 yearly. Annual bonus eligible.
