1. Assist the Boutique Director in managing and enhancing boutique operations, focusing on sales development and team growth.
2. Support and guide the team in operational procedures and corporate directives.
3. Act as a brand ambassador, networking within the community to elevate brand presence.
4. Facilitate team achievement of performance goals through feedback, coaching, and optimal scheduling.
5. Coordinate with corporate on stock levels, CRM initiatives, and operational matters.
6. Deliver exceptional customer service and enhance boutique experiences to drive sales growth.
7. Ensure effective merchandising of products and displays to maximize sales.

1. Bachelor’s degree is required.
2. Prior supervisory experience in a luxury retail environment is preferred.
3. Ability to travel as required.

1. Strong leadership and motivational skills.
2. Proficiency in sales and closing techniques.
3. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
4. Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel and Word.
5. Foreign language skills applicable to the market are preferred.

A minimum of 4 years of experience in luxury sales, preferably within a luxury retail environment.

Bachelor’s degree

Expected salary range: $95,000 - $110,000 annually. This role is eligible for an annual bonus.
