Van Cleef & Arpels Assistant Boutique Manager

1. Assist the Boutique Director in managing and enhancing boutique operations.
2. Support and guide the team in policy, procedures, and corporate directives.
3. Represent Van Cleef & Arpels as an ambassador within the community.
4. Help the team achieve performance goals through feedback, coaching, and scheduling.
5. Liaise with corporate on stock levels, CRM initiatives, and operations.
6. Provide excellent customer service and elevate boutique experiences.
7. Ensure effective merchandising of products and displays to maximize sales.

1. Bachelor’s degree required.
2. 4 years of luxury sales experience in a retail environment preferred.
3. Prior supervisory experience required.

1. Strong selling and closing skills.
2. Proficiency in Excel and Word.
3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
4. Strong interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to motivate a team and solve sales-related issues.
6. Foreign language ability applicable to the market preferred.

Luxury sales experience with 4 years in a luxury retail environment is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree is required.

Expected salary range is $95K-$110K yearly. This role is annual bonus eligible.
