1. Serve clients and contribute to boutique turnover through personal action plans to achieve sales targets.
2. Participate in team development by sharing expertise and engaging in operational tasks.
3. Ensure customer service excellence and act as a role model in the selling ceremony.
4. Set and follow up on objectives, challenge and develop the team, and drive engagement.
5. Animate floor activity and perform sales coaching.
6. Build team action plans to reach sales targets and monitor performance and KPIs.
7. Act as the referent on clienteling activities.
