1. Co-manage the boutique team by setting priorities and objectives, monitoring sales trends, and analyzing key performance indicators.
2. Ensure an outstanding client experience, ensuring all clients feel welcomed and valued.
3. Support customer service activities to maximize the in-store experience.
4. Develop and coach team members, participate in recruitment processes, and foster a cohesive team environment.
5. Supervise boutique operations and back-office activities, ensuring adherence to company policies and operational excellence.

1. Proven managerial experience in a luxury retail environment.
2. Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
