- Support the Boutique Manager in day‑to‑day boutique operations, ensuring adherence to Van Cleef & Arpels service and merchandising standards.
- Drive sales performance and contribute to achievement of boutique KPIs through proactive clienteling, VIP relationship management and event support.
- Coach, schedule and develop boutique staff; lead by example in delivering personalised, high‑touch client service and product knowledge.
- Oversee stock control, inventory accuracy, receiving and merchandising processes while ensuring loss‑prevention protocols are strictly applied.
- Coordinate visual merchandising and boutique presentation to reflect seasonal concepts, product launches and brand campaigns.
- Manage administrative tasks including sales reporting, appointment coordination, after‑sales follow up and compliance with internal procedures.
- Proven supervisory experience in luxury retail or high‑jewellery boutiques; demonstrated ability to lead a small sales team.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs in a premium retail environment.
- Excellent clienteling and relationship‑management skills, with experience handling VIP clientele and private appointments.
- Fluent Japanese; business‑level English and a second language an advantage (inferred as typical for an international maison).
