Van Cleef & Arpels Assistant Boutique Manager

- Support the Boutique Manager in daily operations, ensuring the boutique consistently meets sales and service targets.
- Lead and coach boutique staff to deliver elevated, personalised client experiences and to uphold Van Cleef & Arpels service standards.
- Develop and maintain client relationships through proactive clienteling, appointment management and follow-up.
- Oversee visual merchandising and boutique presentation to ensure merchandise is displayed according to brand directives.
- Manage inventory control, stock replenishment and loss‑prevention procedures in coordination with central teams.
- Prepare and analyse sales and KPI reports; implement corrective actions to optimise performance.
- Coordinate in‑store events, VIP visits and special client services in collaboration with marketing and CRM teams.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, local regulations and boutique operational procedures, including cash handling and security.
- Proven experience in luxury retail with a demonstrable record of achieving sales targets.
- Previous supervisory or assistant management experience within a high‑end boutique environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a strong client‑centric orientation and discretion dealing with high‑net‑worth clientele.
- Operational competency in inventory management, visual merchandising standards and basic financial reporting.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends and public holidays; strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Typically 3–5 years in luxury retail, including at least one year in a supervisory or assistant management role within a premium jewellery or fashion boutique.
