1. Assist the Boutique Director in managing and enhancing boutique operations to achieve sales targets and service excellence.
2. Act as an ambassador for Van Cleef & Arpels, fostering community relationships and representing the brand's values.
3. Support the team in achieving performance goals through effective feedback, coaching, and optimal scheduling.
4. Coordinate with corporate on stock levels, CRM initiatives, and operational directives.
5. Ensure exceptional customer service and elevate boutique experiences to drive sales growth.
6. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of back-office operations and ensure effective merchandising of products and displays.

1. Bachelor’s degree required.
2. Prior supervisory experience in a luxury retail environment.

1. Strong selling and closing skills.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
3. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
4. Strong interpersonal skills.
5. Foreign language proficiency applicable to the market is preferred.

A minimum of 4 years in luxury sales, with experience in a luxury retail environment preferred.

Bachelor’s degree required.

Expected salary range: $110,000 - $125,000 annually. This role is eligible for an annual bonus.
