1. Assist the Boutique Director in managing and enhancing boutique operations, focusing on sales development and team growth.
2. Guide and support the team in operational aspects, including adherence to policies and corporate directives.
3. Act as a brand ambassador, fostering community relationships and representing Van Cleef & Arpels.
4. Facilitate team performance through effective feedback, coaching, and optimal scheduling.
5. Coordinate with corporate on stock levels, CRM initiatives, and operational matters.
6. Deliver exceptional customer service to elevate boutique experiences and drive sales growth.
7. Ensure effective merchandising of products and displays to maximize sales potential.

1. Bachelor’s degree required.
2. Prior supervisory experience in a luxury retail environment preferred.
3. Ability to travel as needed.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Problem-solving capabilities.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.
6. Foreign language skills applicable to the market preferred.

A minimum of 4 years of experience in luxury sales, with a focus on retail environments, is preferred.

Bachelor’s degree required.

Salary will be negotiated based on skills and prior work experience. The role is eligible for an annual bonus.
