Van Cleef & Arpels Assistant, Boutique Environment (Alternance)

1. Support the Boutique Environment team in maintaining and elevating store standards across the France and Monaco retail network.
2. Coordinate site interventions: schedule and follow up on vendor visits, refurbishment works, fixture installations and preventive maintenance.
3. Prepare and maintain project documentation, technical specifications, shop drawings and as‑built records in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
4. Assist with budget tracking, purchase orders and supplier quotations, ensuring compliance with brand procurement procedures.
5. Conduct regular store audits and produce clear corrective action reports and follow‑up plans.
6. Facilitate communication between boutiques, regional managers, technical teams and headquarters; organise and participate in site visits as required.

1. Currently enrolled in a work‑study (alternance) programme or apprenticeship in facility management, retail operations, interior design, architecture or a related field (BTS/Licence/Bachelor level).
2. Strong organisational aptitude with the ability to prioritise multiple simultaneous projects and on‑site activities.
3. Good technical literacy: ability to read technical drawings and basic understanding of building systems.
4. Professional written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to produce clear reports and supplier briefings.
5. Availability for regular travel across France and to Monaco; flexible attitude to site schedules.

Enrolment in a recognised higher‑education programme (BTS, Licence, Bachelor) in facility management, retail management, interior design, architecture or equivalent.
