Van Cleef & Arpels Assistant, Boutique Environment (Alternance)

- Support the Boutique Environment team in maintaining and elevating store standards across the France and Monaco retail network.
- Coordinate site interventions: schedule and follow up on vendor visits, refurbishment works, fixture installations and preventive maintenance.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, technical specifications, shop drawings and as‑built records in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with budget tracking, purchase orders and supplier quotations, ensuring compliance with brand procurement procedures.
- Conduct regular store audits and produce clear corrective action reports and follow‑up plans.
- Facilitate communication between boutiques, regional managers, technical teams and headquarters; organise and participate in site visits as required.
- Currently enrolled in a work‑study (alternance) programme or apprenticeship in facility management, retail operations, interior design, architecture or a related field (BTS/Licence/Bachelor level).
- Strong organisational aptitude with the ability to prioritise multiple simultaneous projects and on‑site activities.
- Good technical literacy: ability to read technical drawings and basic understanding of building systems.
- Professional written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to produce clear reports and supplier briefings.
- Availability for regular travel across France and to Monaco; flexible attitude to site schedules.

Some prior exposure to retail operations, facilities or construction projects is advantageous; internships or part‑time roles within luxury retail, visual merchandising or building site assistance are valuable but not mandatory.
Enrolment in a recognised higher‑education programme (BTS, Licence, Bachelor) in facility management, retail management, interior design, architecture or equivalent.
