1. Directly manage a network of boutiques, serving as the primary point of contact for all store-related decisions.
2. Challenge, support, and develop store managers and their teams to achieve sales, customer satisfaction, compliance, and operational objectives.
3. Collaborate with retail functions to drive performance and ensure alignment with market strategies.
4. Recruit, develop, and manage team performance in partnership with Human Resources.
5. Analyze boutique performance and implement action plans to meet ambitious targets.
6. Ensure compliance with company standards and promote new initiatives.
7. Support boutiques in client development and make strategic decisions regarding customer relationships.

1. Significant management experience in a boutique setting, preferably within the luxury sector or a similarly demanding service environment.

2. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
3. Ability to synthesize information and make informed decisions.
4. Effective delegation and communication skills.
5. Capability to set and achieve ambitious objectives.

7. Ability to establish and maintain trust-based relationships.

Extensive experience in managing boutique operations, ideally within the luxury industry.
