1. Write finding aids for archival collections.
2. Rehouse collections in archival enclosures.
3. Quality control, index, and classify digital archives.
4. Assist in the general and daily preservation of the archives collection.
5. Support the management of the general inventory.

1. Currently enrolled in an accredited university/college program, preferably in Information Science or Archives & Preservation.
2. Experience with thesaurus and digital documents.
3. Knowledge of International Archiving Standards.
4. Understanding of physical and intellectual classification schemes.
5. Interest and experience in art history is a plus.

1. Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Suite.
2. Innovative thinker with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
3. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
4. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
5. Ability to read texts written in script/cursive.
6. French language proficiency is a plus.

Experience in handling digital documents and working with archival standards is required.

Currently enrolled in an accredited university/college program, preferably in Information Science or Archives & Preservation.

$20-25/hourly

Participants will gain valuable insights into the luxury goods industry and will be paired with a mentor for guidance and support throughout the internship.
