Valfleurier Production Manager

- Define and implement the industrial strategy for the production unit in alignment with the overall manufacturing strategy.
- Organize, plan, and oversee scheduling, industrialization, production, and quality control processes.
- Deploy and monitor progress plans, resource allocation, and action adjustments.
- Ensure adherence to production plans and client-approved technical documentation.
- Manage the budget and financial aspects of the production unit.
- Drive the development of the production unit in line with manufacturing objectives.
- Lead problem-solving processes and decision escalations.
- Oversee daily team development, organizing work based on projects, budgets, and timelines.
- Facilitate employee development, including annual reviews, training, and skill diversification.
- Advanced technical education at the engineering level or equivalent qualification.
- Several years of experience in an industrial domain, preferably in watchmaking.
- Strong team management experience with excellent communication and change management skills.
- Project management sensitivity with proficiency in impactful structuring tools.
- In-depth knowledge of technical operations, manufacturing processes, and production flows.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel).
- Autonomous, result-oriented with strong analytical skills and meticulous work ethic.
- Ability to unify teams, effective communication skills, and empathetic listening.
Several years of experience in an industrial domain, preferably in watchmaking, with a strong background in team management and project oversight.
Advanced technical education at the engineering level or equivalent qualification.
