1. Define and implement the industrial strategy for the production unit in alignment with the overall manufacturing strategy.
2. Organize, plan, and oversee scheduling, industrialization, production, and quality control processes.
3. Deploy and monitor progress plans, resource allocation, and action adjustments.
4. Ensure adherence to production plans and client-approved technical documentation.
5. Manage the budget and financial aspects of the production unit.
6. Drive the development of the production unit in line with manufacturing objectives.
7. Lead problem-solving processes and decision escalations.
8. Oversee daily team development, organizing work based on projects, budgets, and timelines.
9. Facilitate employee development, including annual reviews, training, and skill diversification.

1. Advanced technical education at the engineering level or equivalent qualification.
2. Several years of experience in an industrial domain, preferably in watchmaking.

1. Strong team management experience with excellent communication and change management skills.
2. Project management sensitivity with proficiency in impactful structuring tools.
3. In-depth knowledge of technical operations, manufacturing processes, and production flows.
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel).
5. Autonomous, result-oriented with strong analytical skills and meticulous work ethic.
6. Ability to unify teams, effective communication skills, and empathetic listening.

Several years of experience in an industrial domain, preferably in watchmaking, with a strong background in team management and project oversight.

Advanced technical education at the engineering level or equivalent qualification.
