Valfleurier Senior Industrial Controller

- Revise and structure the Industrial Controlling process.
- Actively oversee production line monitoring and contribute to goal setting.
- Participate in the financial development and monitoring of investment requests, including dossiers, justifications, and post-acquisition analysis.
- Calculate standard cost prices and measure detailed industrial variances.
- Ensure internal control, compliance with standards, and continuous process improvement.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain on inventory processes, including precious metals tracking, reconciliations, and material balance.
- Contribute to financial closings and KPI tracking, including P&L, Stock, Capex, and Cash.
- Propose and participate in projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Guide the team in best controlling practices using SAP.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Economics or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial controlling.
- Excellent knowledge of SAP is mandatory.
- Experience in precious metals management is an advantage.
- Fluency in French; English proficiency (B1 minimum) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
- Project management and communication proficiency.
A minimum of 5 years in industrial controlling, with a strong emphasis on SAP expertise.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Economics or equivalent.
