Valfleurier Senior Industrial Controller

1. Revise and structure the Industrial Controlling process.
2. Actively oversee production line monitoring and contribute to goal setting.
3. Participate in the financial development and monitoring of investment requests, including dossiers, justifications, and post-acquisition analysis.
4. Calculate standard cost prices and measure detailed industrial variances.
5. Ensure internal control, compliance with standards, and continuous process improvement.
6. Coordinate with Supply Chain on inventory processes, including precious metals tracking, reconciliations, and material balance.
7. Contribute to financial closings and KPI tracking, including P&L, Stock, Capex, and Cash.
8. Propose and participate in projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
9. Guide the team in best controlling practices using SAP.

1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Economics or equivalent qualification.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial controlling.
3. Excellent knowledge of SAP is mandatory.
4. Experience in precious metals management is an advantage.
5. Fluency in French; English proficiency (B1 minimum) is a plus.

A minimum of 5 years in industrial controlling, with a strong emphasis on SAP expertise.
