5. Oversee HR processes including recruitment, annual evaluations, and training plans.
6. Contribute to the development of new products and the installation of new equipment.
7. Facilitate problem-solving initiatives, particularly through QRQC, in collaboration with support functions and on-site staff.
8. Ensure compliance with quality standards and monitor performance indicators to achieve operational excellence.
