1. Deliver an exceptional and personalized client experience by maintaining outstanding service standards and demonstrating extensive product knowledge.
2. Develop and nurture long-term client relationships through effective communication and follow-up, utilizing available tools for data capture and relationship building.
3. Achieve and exceed sales targets by mastering sales ceremonies and handling negotiations with ease.
4. Participate in in-store and offsite events, collaborating with boutique and local management to enhance client engagement.
5. Act as a brand ambassador by communicating the Maison's values, history, and unique product offerings with passion.
6. Ensure compliance with all security and operational policies, assisting in daily boutique operations and maintenance.
7. Participate in inventory management, including daily and annual counts, to ensure accurate stock levels.
8. Support special projects and back-office responsibilities as needed.

1. Proven track record in luxury sales or client advisory roles.
2. Strong understanding of the luxury watchmaking industry and Vacheron Constantin's product offerings.

Minimum of 3 years in a luxury retail environment, preferably within the watchmaking industry.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
