7. Engage in after-sales activities to enhance repeat business.

1. Experience in luxury or premium customer service (sales, fashion, hospitality, etc.).
2. Strong empathy and excellent communication skills with customers.
3. Ability to value teamwork and prioritize collaboration.
4. Knowledge and experience with retail tools such as CRM and POS systems are advantageous.
5. Native-level proficiency in Japanese and business-level proficiency in Chinese.
