1. Support the Boutique Manager in creating a memorable client and employee experience.
2. Contribute to brand reputation and desirability through networking and client recruitment.
3. Drive and monitor CRM and clienteling initiatives.
4. Develop relationships with clients and create targeted action plans.
5. Provide exceptional customer service.
6. Achieve sales targets and recommend appropriate actions.
7. Support overall boutique operations and ensure compliance with policies.
8. Manage inventory to prevent stock losses and maintain quality.
9. Ensure visual merchandising standards are met.
10. Resolve customer problems by determining optimal solutions.
11. Act as a brand ambassador and maintain brand image integrity.
12. Develop positive relationships with the team and identify training needs.

1. Minimum 6 years of experience in the luxury industry with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
2. Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin, with excellent command of English.

3. Strong sense of luxury service and aesthetics.
