1. Support the Boutique Manager in creating a unique and memorable client experience.
2. Contribute to business development by enhancing the brand's reputation and engaging in external networking activities.
3. Drive and monitor CRM and clienteling initiatives in collaboration with the boutique team.
4. Develop individual relationships with clients and create targeted action plans to drive business.
5. Achieve sales targets and recommend appropriate actions to enhance performance.
6. Support overall boutique operations and ensure compliance with brand policies.
7. Manage inventory to prevent stock losses and maintain stock integrity.
8. Ensure visual merchandising aligns with global standards.
9. Act as a brand ambassador, upholding the brand's image and values.
10. Develop and maintain strong partnerships with internal stakeholders.
11. Resolve customer issues by identifying optimal solutions.
12. Collaborate with the team to identify training needs and coaching opportunities.

1. Minimum 6 years of experience in the luxury industry, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
2. Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.

1. Strong commercial mindset with a focus on results and action.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
3. Ability to multitask and manage projects independently.
4. Proficiency in IT, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

A minimum of 6 years in the luxury industry, with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity, preferably within retail or hospitality.
