- Support the Boutique Manager in creating a unique and memorable client experience.
- Contribute to business development by enhancing the brand's reputation and engaging in external networking activities.
- Drive and monitor CRM and clienteling initiatives in collaboration with the boutique team.
- Develop individual relationships with clients and create targeted action plans to drive business.
- Achieve sales targets and recommend appropriate actions to enhance performance.
- Support overall boutique operations and ensure compliance with brand policies.
- Manage inventory to prevent stock losses and maintain stock integrity.
- Ensure visual merchandising aligns with global standards.
- Act as a brand ambassador, upholding the brand's image and values.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with internal stakeholders.
- Resolve customer issues by identifying optimal solutions.
- Collaborate with the team to identify training needs and coaching opportunities.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in the luxury industry, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English.
- Strong commercial mindset with a focus on results and action.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage projects independently.
- Proficiency in IT, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
A minimum of 6 years in the luxury industry, with at least 3 years in a supervisory capacity, preferably within retail or hospitality.
