- Over 5 years of boutique management experience in the luxury, fashion, or hospitality industries.
- Proven skills in team management and talent development with inspirational leadership.
- Outstanding track record in client relations and sales achievements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Native-level proficiency in Japanese and business-level proficiency in English.
- Experience with SAP, CRM, and KPI monitoring systems is advantageous.
