- Drive the achievement of annual sales targets by delivering expected sell-out and stock objectives.
- Support retailers to realize their full sell-out potential through annual action plans, merchandising, special allocations, training, and incentives.
- Manage the analysis of stock, sell-in, and sell-out to create accurate sales forecasting and action plans, supporting local and HQ management with performance reports and insights.
- Maintain day-to-day relationships between Vacheron Constantin regional office and its network of authorized retailers, ensuring high levels of customer service and reactivity.
- Collaborate with retailers and Vacheron Constantin teams to achieve optimal brand visibility, supporting sales in line with allocated budgets and brand expectations.
- Support trade marketing activities and define commercial needs to determine the trade activation plan.
- Organize and conduct regular training sessions for retailer’s staff and nurture relationships with sales ambassadors and key contacts.
- Monitor and stay informed on actions and plans of the competition.
- Coordinate with other functions, especially Retail Excellence, Training, CRM, and Events to build brand equity and drive sales opportunities.
- Visit points of sale regularly to ensure quality standards and strong relationships with POS sales staff and management.
- Participate in retailers’ brand promotion activities, acting as a Brand Ambassador.
- Support all members of the regional team by providing regular updates on the distribution network.
- Ensure high-performing teams across the network by developing and driving individual and team performance through an open feedback culture.
- Provide leadership and direction for teams, ensuring clarity and enabling them to successfully drive and support the overall company direction.
- Previous experience in luxury retail, ideally in the GCC region.
- Experience in high-end client management.
- Fluency in English and Arabic.
- Proactive and result-oriented with a customer and service focus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and diplomacy.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Enthusiastic team player.
- Computer literacy, including knowledge of SAP, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to travel extensively within the markets and attend client activations.
- Influencing skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
The candidate must possess substantial experience in luxury retail, particularly within the GCC region, and demonstrate a strong background in high-end client management.
