1. Coordinate with the Retail team to monitor F&B replenishment and manage sourcing and quotation requests for new items in the drinks menu.
2. Support ad hoc and new projects as they arise.
3. Raise LGSMs within the merchandising function.
4. Collect and analyze feedback on luxury brand performance, consumer trends, and competitive activities, reporting key insights to the Sales and Marketing executive.
5. Plan and execute monthly CRM events to engage high-end clients, ensuring personalized and unique brand interactions.
6. Prepare and process client event materials, including mailings and welcome packs.
7. Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing executive to plan boutique activations to increase foot traffic.
8. Assist in the implementation of media, social media, and digital strategies in the region.
9. Support the local PR plan and maintain close media relations, organizing brand events and preparing marketing materials.
10. Assist in administrative duties related to trade marketing.

1. University or Business School Graduate
2. 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the luxury goods sector

1. Sales and customer focus with a strong motivation to achieve targets
2. Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines
3. Strong organizational, planning, and coordination skills
4. Excellent communication and presentation abilities
5. Team player with creativity and passion
6. Ability to engage and motivate stakeholders at all organizational levels
7. Basic accounting and finance knowledge
8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and computer skills
9. Experience with SAP is advantageous

1-2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the luxury goods industry.

University or Business School Graduate
